What you will do:
- Manage the entire process for customer service, implement, and manage process
- Review dashboard week on week on where the team members are lacking and discuss it with them

JOB QUALIFICATION
What we are looking for:
- At least 5+ years of customer service management experience
- Confidence to be able to advise an entire team for changes and feedback
- Problem solver, proactive, and doer
- Willing to work on a mid shift and onsite
