JOB DESCRIPTION
The position is primarily responsible in handling disbursements and payments of all accounts payables to trade and non-trade suppliers of the company. The duties and responsibilities include:
- Maintains disbursement files of Request for Payment (RFP) and supporting documents with corresponding Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) mandatory receipts.
- Processes payments to trade local suppliers through Manager's Checks and Auto Credit facilities.
- Processes payments to non-trade local suppliers through Manager's Checks and Auto Credit facilities.
- Processes payments to service providers and contractors through Manager's Checks and Auto Credit facilities.
- Processes payments of all capital expenditures and fixed assets purchases.
- Prints and sends Creditable Withholding Taxes Certificates issued to contractors and suppliers.
- Monitors and updates SAP disbursement journal entries to records official receipts/other commercial receipts issued by suppliers for all payments under Auto Credit Scheme.
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or in any equivalent course
- With at least 1 year of related work experience
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- With knowledge in SAP Accounting System
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

When it started, Kawasaki built its reputation as the number-one brand for heavy-duty tricycles in the Philippines. The product remains Kawasaki´s top seller. Lately, Kawasaki is also making a concerted effort to woe the young and upwardly mobile market through its Dominate campaign that equates motorcycles with everyday lifestyle.
