JOB DESCRIPTION
- Designing Conceptual Plans
- Production of Design Development Drawings
- Responsible for preparing Design Perspective for Presentation
- Prepares Detailed Working Drawings of the Project
- Coordinate with Site Architect during the process of finalizing the Plans, Details & Other Documents in preparation of the Project Construction
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Must be a Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Architecture
- With Experience is an Advantage (but fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- Efficient, Well organized, Multi-tasker, & Hardworking
- Can work with minimal supervision & maintains overall control on assigned responsibilities.
- Proficient in Architectural software:AutoCAD, Sketch up, Vray or Lumion, ADOBE Photoshop,MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint
