THE ROLE

As a Senior Accountant, you will handle short-term data input by entering vendor invoices into a database and converting existing invoices entered in QuickBooks into a more analytical-friendly environment. You will manage data input and conversion intended to create a database for analytical purposes and enable the company to determine the cost of goods sold and pricing analysis for the services provided to the customers.

SCHEDULE: 9 AM – 6 PM Pacific Standard Time, follows Philippine holidays

POSITION TYPE: Full Time

WORK ARRANGEMENT: Remote

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

·       Handle various financial and accounting analysis functions including preparing income tax documents in QuickBooks for the local CPA and income taxes

·       Analyze profit and loss statements for properties

·       Keep track of business entity renewals and perform accounting for various investments

·       Analyze bridge loan deals and help with property write-ups for investors

·       Perform analytical work and review

·       Handle bookkeeping tasks by entering new invoices, providing up-to-date cash report, P&L, budgeting, etc., on an ongoing basis

QUALIFICATIONS

·       A Bachelor’s degree in the related field

·       Proficient in Excel and QuickBooks

·       Yardi experience is a plus

·       Experience in a multi-client environment

·       Strong computer aptitude, which includes expertise with Microsoft 365 applications

·       Strong organization, oral and written communication skills

·       Analytical skills with particular attention to detail

·       Aptitude in data management, analytics, reporting preparation

·       Ability to function in an autonomous environment—independent worker, self-directed
