JOB DESCRIPTION

 

INBOUND MARKETING

  • Responsible to answer all the incoming calls particularly the inquiry of the client.
  • Compiled all the product inquiries for the day, to be submitted to supervisor
  • Make quotations for the product inquiry
  • Make brochures and other paper works  for the salesman
  • Follow-up / update positive clients
  • Perform other task that may be given by the salesman or from the management.

 

 

OUTBOUND MARKETING

  • Responsible to do outbound calls and find new positive client
  • Promote the monthly promotions through Fax , E-mail and telemarketing
  • Make quotations for the product inquiry
  • Establish and promote all company’s products
  • Help the salesman to follow-up clients
  • Make brochures and other paper works  for the salesman
  • Perform demonstration if there is a walk-in client
  • Perform other task that may be given by the sales or from the management

JOB QUALIFICATION

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field.
  • Administration or sales and marketing assistant experience.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • A high level of attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
  • Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Canva.
  • Good organization skills.
  • Related job and internship experience.
  • Digital marketing experience.
