Responsible to process the documents, licenses, permits, certificates, of all the company's clients
Maintain a filing system of all corporate documents of the companies
Draft Minutes of Meetings, Board Resolutions, Directors' Certificates, and Secretary's Certificates
Assist in the preparation and review of the General Information Sheets and Other Reportorial Requirements of the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC)
Conducts legal research or queries with government agencies
Conducts corporate governance research
All other tasks involving legal services
JOB QUALIFICATION
Advanced skills in using Computers, MS Office, and Google Applications
Familiarity with government processes, applications, and workings
Willing to learn and highly trustworthy
Preferably undergraduate/graduate of legal management or other related legal courses, but other courses including K-12 graduates are welcome
