Job Description:

Assist with the day-to-day operations of the Mechanical Department. Providing clerical and administrative support to Business Unit Head. Act as the liaison between the Department and other departments, ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of requests and questions.

• Aid BU Head on all strategic marketing activities that involve Product Promotion, create marketing initiative, program and content per product/solution to improve the organization value proposition to customer.
• Aid BU Head to analyze market needs and competition then implement suitable marketing activities to increase company's market share, brand awareness/ visibility -Handling of Facebook page, and other social media platforms.
• Support to preparation of documents for bidding and tender/accreditation. 
• Monitoring of Sales and Services Activities Status.
• From encoding to request and liquidate of all expenses incur for all MECH activities through CRM Software.
• Screening of Inquiry for sales quotations via phone and emails. 
• Monitoring of Quotation, PO’s and Delivery Dates in liaison with SCM/Warehouse.

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/ College Degree, or any equivalent Engineering Course
• With at least 1 year experience in Sales Support/Admin role
• Knowledgeable in computer and with basic knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, and Excel)
