DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Timekeeping of employees’ login details
• Updating
• HR databases (Masterfile, HR Calendars, Leave Monitoring)Performs a variety of personnel-related administrative tasks
• Posting job advertisements
• End-to-end recruitment process
• Conducts training (New Employees Orientation, training modules assigned)
• Documentation of employee movement
• Helps the executive in creating HR policies and procedures
• Manage HR Projects (HR events, meetings, and outsourcing training)
• Prepares HR weekly reports
• Other tasks assigned by immediate supervisor
• Will be assigned for OSH Certification training

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology or any related course, or certified Nurse
• Proven work experience as an HR professional
• Strong experience in managing both up and down the chain of command
