·Provide accurate information regarding services and facilities.
·Attends to general inquiries from unit owner/ tenant or their guest.
· Taking and ensuring intercom call or messages are passed to the appropriate unit owner/ tenant or guest.
· Monitoring visitor access and maintaining security awareness
· Receive and sort mail and deliveries
· Control inventory relevant to reception area
· Keeps a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
· Supports continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
· Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Willingly attend to work related concerns that may be assigned from time to time or as needed
