JOB DESCRIPTION

  • In-charge of the technical operation of the property during his shift.
  • Responsible for receiving, recording and distributing work orders, and make necessary priorities, project orders to be forwarded to the Chief Engineer.
  • Responsible for receiving the log reports from the Shift Technician, give possible comments and forward to the Chief Engineer.
  • Responsible for keeping the Chief Engineer informed without delay of progress, reports and complaints.
  • Ensures that all parts of the building comply with the existing building design and standard and local code requirements.
  • Establishes air-conditioning comfort cooling, sufficient lighting to the tenants and common area property.
  • Assists all project and sub-contracted preventive maintenance contractors.
  • Checks availability of critical spare parts for the building and advise the Chief Engineer accordingly.
  • Updates the Chief Engineer and the Property Manager for the monthly reporting to CI management on the status of the building and equipment.
  • Assists the Chief Engineer in the preparation of building material purchases, monitoring of on-going building projects and capital expenditures.
  • Check all as-built plans, equipment folder, database or facilities manuals of equipment and operating manuals are intact for reference and for annual inspection done by the City Engineer.
  • Responsible for keeping the equipment history file up to date.
  • Responsible for cleanliness throughout the assigned area.
  • Other items which CI feels beneficial to the career improvement of the individual.

JOB QUALIFICATION

  • Licensed Electrical or Mechanical Engineer
  • Minimum of One (1) years in property management(Condo/ Residential and Office Building)
  • Minimum of 1 years in conducting preventive maintenance in a Condo/ Residential and Office Building
  • Knowledgeable in operations of Property Management
  • Willing to work on Shifting schedule and hands on experience in engineering related works
  • can work with minimum supervision
  • Willing to work in Mandaluyong City
