Work Schedule: Monday – Friday; 9:00am – 6:00pm

Job description

• Manages the daily workflow of the department
• Can Support franchising and business development
• Monitors and tracks effectiveness of franchising campaigns
• Tracks assigned franchising and business development data and creates written reports and presentations to bring to the top management
• Works well with the executive team to set the franchising strategy for the brands
• Gathers and analyses information to identify new markets and customers, locations and franchising opportunities
• Ensures that all franchisees are aligned with the brand standardization, procedures, promotions, guidelines, rules and regulations
• Perform other duties assigned

• Proven sales, marketing and or business development management experience
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
• A bachelor's degree in the field of Business Management, Marketing, or related Social Science course with equivalent experience. With minimum of 1-2 years of experience/ exposure in Food & Beverage Business Development/Franchise Relations
