JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Provides efficient service to all new and existing accounts/clients of Sales & Business Development Group.
  • Provides due assistance to Ma-Supervisor and AVP in handling client's concerns.
  • Prepares documents necessary during accounts renewal.
  • Handles inquiries and complaints from client.
  • Facilitates product orientation.
  • Handles all administrative requirements of SBD group.
  • Ensure on time release of documents through constant monitoring.
  • Keep an updated and organized centralized file.

JOB QUALIFICATION

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree
  • At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Required Skill(s): Good communication skills.
  • Preferably Less than 1 year experience specialized in Healthcare - Nurse/Medical Support & Assistant or equivalent.

    MediCard Philippines, Inc. was incorporated in December 1986 and formally inaugurated on May 15, 1987 to provide comprehensive healthcare coverage to individuals in Metro Manila as well as in key provincial areas.
