- Handle the overall human resources management which are recruitment & selection, manpower planning, performance management, organizational development, and disciplinary actions
- Manage talent management, succession planning, and career development to meet the future growth of the organization
- Administer all pay practices, salary structure, and compensation & benefits
- Lead all human resources policies, programs, and procedures for implementing
- Oversee the HRIS to operate smoothly and efficiently
- Provide information and suggestions to the management team in managing, conducting, and implementing policies related to human resources management
- Performs other related duties as assigned

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING?
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or related field
- Hospital/Healthcare HR experience is a plus
- At least 3-5 years of experience in human resources management for overall functions
- Advanced knowledge of government employment laws and regulations
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Proficient in MS and HRIS (Workday would be an advantage)
- Fluent in English both written and spoken
