- Regularly prepares monthly income statement, balance sheet, cash flow statement and budget analysis
- Evaluate financial documents for accuracy and compliance with regulations
- Identify the financial risk of the organization and offer recommendations to reduce risk.
- Identify accounting and financial record-keeping processes that can be improved
- Determine ways to cut costs and improve profitability
- Assess the efficiency and productivity of internal staff and make recommendations for improvement
- Present findings to upper management in the form of reports and presentations

- Hybrid setup - once a week onsite in Angeles, Pampanga office, then the rest of the week online or Full time onsite

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING?
- Bachelor of Science in Accounting, Business administration or finance management
- 3 or more years accounting and finance management work experience
- Being a Certified Public Accountant is certainly an advantage
- Possess a general understanding of Know Your Customer (KYC) or the basic concepts surrounding business/client relationship
