HR ACCOUNT COORDINATOR

JOB DESCRIPTION

Main Responsibilities

  • Coordinate, manage and monitor the workings of various departments in the organization.
  • Prepare and control operational budgets. Control inventory. Plan effective strategies for the financial well-being of the company.
  • Improve processes and policies in support of organizational goals. Formulate and implement departmental and organizational policies and procedures to maximize output. Monitor adherence to rules, regulations and procedures.
  • Establish organizational structures. Delegate tasks and accountabilities. Establish work schedules. Supervise staff. Monitor and evaluate performance.
  • Coordinate and monitor the work of various departments involved in production and warehousing. Monitor performance and implement improvements.
  • Conduct staff performance evaluation by establishing performance parameters and resolving performance issues among deployed employees.
  • Resolve the problem of the employees in the workplace and improve the work attitude of employees by counseling.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
  • Ensure the full control of Totaldev to assigned partner company

JOB QUALIFICATION

Graduate of Human Resources or any related course.

Experienced in Manpower Company is Advantage but not required.

Flixible in any working conditions

Willing to Travel
