JOB DESCRIPTION
Successful candidates will help maintain, manage and repair technical issues related to hardware, software and network.
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Candidate must have a college or bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or other related courses.
- With at least 1 - 3 years work experience as Technical Support (hardware/software/network).
- Experience in providing troubleshooting and configuration to software, hardware and network applications.
- Has excellent English Communication Skills.
- Have excellent customer service skills, analytical skills and problem-solving skills.
- With/either of the following: Mikrotik Certification, CCNA, Ruckus, Meraki, or Aruba Certification.
- Must be flexible to different work set-up (onsite, hybrid or wfh).
- Must be open to work dayshift, midshift or shifting schedules.
