JOB DESCRIPTION

* Manage accounts to achieve long-term success and develop positive relationships with dealers to ensure sales increase
* Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth
* Create detailed business plans to facilitate the attainment of goals and quota
* Improve the Days of Inventory as per consignment module
* Continuously improve visual merchandising and enhance and expand product display per dealer level

JOB QUALIFICATION

* At least 5-10 years of experience in sales within Consumer electronics or telecommunication industries; At least 1-3 years in managerial level
* Working know-how in sales operations and financial analytics
* Periodically conducts field work or branch visitations involving local travel
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Able to grow portfolio by building successful, long-term relationships with respective dealers
