JOB DESCRIPTION
CLIENT SERVICE MANAGER: Primarily responsible for managing the effective and efficient delivery of government compliance solutions to clients.
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Graduate of any course preferably related to business, HR, Finance or IT
- With at least two (2) years supervisory or managerial experience
- With experience managing clients and their requirements
- Experience in dealing with government agencies (SSS, Philhealth, PAG-IBIG & BIR) is an advantage
- Must have solid background in statutory benefits administration and related government requirements
- Must have basic MS Excel skills
- Must have advanced analytical and problem solving skills
- Must have effective communication skills
- Must be customer service-oriented
- Must have good interpersonal skills
- Must have effective team leadership skills
- Preferably a resident of Pasig or neighbouring municipalities
