JOB DESCRIPTION
PRE-AUDIT- a control review approachon payments vouchers is reviewed by before final payment/settlementis made
- Pre-audit the companies transaction cash advances, payment voucher or other disbursement cycles.
- Monitor an end to end evaluation of revenue and disbursement transactions.
POST AUDIT- review of supporting documents are reviewed weeks/months after the transactions have taken place.
- Initial execute audit program in coordination with team leader.
- Assist in development and execution of audit programs.
- Interview business unitsto obtain information required for auditing.
- Perfors auditing review of the company operation and financial compliance to company policies, procedures and guideline.
JOB QUALIFICATION
- At least a bachelors degree, preferably in a business discipline such as accounting, finance, management, public administration, or computer information system.
- Male/ Female
- Above average computer skills.
- Must be pro active, keen to details.
