JOB DESCRIPTION

  1. Responsible for the comprehensive management of the company's recruitment, training, employee onboarding, regularization and resignation
  2. Responsible for the joint management of the company's employee compensation and benefits, social insurance
  3. Expand and maintain recruitment channel and publish and update online recruitment information
  4. According to the recruitment requirements of various departments, conduct resume screening and interviews for preliminary candidates
  5. Cooperate with various departments to establish an efficient and stable personnel team and optimize the organizational structure
  6. The preparation and update of the company's various system, enter various information in a timely manner and regularly organize data and issue data analysis results to team leader

JOB QUALIFICATION

  1. Bachelors Degree in Human Resources/Psychology/Behavioral Science and other related courses
  2. Has good conduct and no bad habits
  3. Familiar with the use of office softwares
