JOB DESCRIPTION

  1. Assist the general manager of the branch and the director of the business department to formulate the teams business strategy and plan and implement it effectively
  2. In accordance with business strategies and plans, be responsible for setting up business teams and business development management, urging team members to complete performance goals and acvhieve individual and team performance indicators
  3. Responsible for leading team members to develop mid-to-high end costumers and provide costumers with asset allocation consulting services
  4. Provide training and guidance to team members in professional knowledge and business ability and implement supervision and assessment
  5. Understand the daily work progress and costumer service of the members and help to find and maintain high quality costumers
  6. Stimulate team morale and cultivate good team spirit

JOB QUALIFICATION

  1. Bachelor Degree (or higher) in Management or Finance related course
  2. With relevant qualification certificates such as securities, insurance, funds or financial planners
  3. Possess a wealth of professional financial knowledge, understand the development of the investment and wealth management marketand have their own understanding and thinking about industry
  4. Have a good communication and coordination skills, keen and quick market response ability, strong team management ability and team spirit
  5. There are certain high-end costumers resources and those with extensive resources are preferred
  6. Good communication skills and be able to work under pressure
