JOB DESCRIPTION
- Manage the costs on a construction project; Structural and Architectural, minimal MEPFS
- Ensure that the construction project is completed within its projected budget
JOB QUALIFICATION
- With Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
- Must have strong communication and organizational skills
- With at least 5 years continues experience as Quantity Surveyor handling Structural, Architectural in a high rise projects in the Philippines
- Flexible and independent
- Office will be in Binondo, Manila
- Will handle 2-3 projects (Owner side)
- Mon-Sat work schedule
- Proficient in MS Office
