• Help define sales and marketing job requirements, assisting in the search for the best candidates and taking part in the interview process. Provide sales team members with tips and training to achieve a competitive edge in their industry. Orient the new sales staff and focus on improving the job performance and sales of existing staff.
• Assist Managers in Sales Strategy Development. Primarily Oversee the sales team, assist the sales manager with sales strategy development and implementation. This includes developing strategic sales plans that expand the customer base and ensure the company maintains a strong presence in the industry.
• Responsible for preparing and delivering sales reports to management. Report on team member performance and mission-related objectives.
• Keep Informed of New Products and Services. To hit sales targets and achieve growth, sales supervisor must continue to develop knowledge of the products and services being offered. They also need a working knowledge of their industry's climate and competition to effectively implement the sales strategy.

• Monitoring Sales and assisting with daily goals and conducting quality control to reduce errors to improve procedures.

-Graduate of Marketing or any related course

-Familiar with computer hardware and software

-At least 2 years experience

-Familiar with government ICT project

-Knowlegde in social media marketing and online selling

-Lead generation thru targeted marketing

-Supervise Sales and Marketing Department/Section

-knowledge on managing events, Product presentation

-Willing to travel

-Can speak Tagalog, English and Visayan Language
