JOB DESCRIPTION
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
- Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
- Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role
- Proven sales track record
- Experience in customer support is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
- Proficiency in English
- Market knowledge
- Communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build rapport
- Time management and planning skills
- BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field

Excel Quality Integrated Solutions, Inc. was adopted on November 28, 2018, and is formerly known as Sim’s EQI Building Care, Inc. established on May 18, 2017, as Service Contractor.
It should be noted however that in 1993 a company Excel Quality, Inc. (EQI) was established, as a service contractor and one of the top suppliers of industrial services, manufacturing services, office support staffing services, and motorized logistics specifically in the delivery services and messenger services, in the Philippines. EQI has been in the business for twenty-six (26) years providing quality service and delivering the diverse needs of its prestigious clients, like Unilever Philippines, Selecta, Davies Paints, Philippine Seven Corporation, Jollibee Group (Chowking, Mang Inasal, Greenwich, Burger King), and KFC to name a few.
EQI has grown continuously and to cater to the demands of different industries and services, a spin-off has been made to maintain the delivery of quality services with an ultimate focus on specialization and expertise. EQI group has created an independent and separate companies one of them is Sim’s EQI Building Care, Inc.
Sim’s EQI Building Care, Inc., is an expert in Facilities and Building Maintenance, Janitorial and Other Support services, a 100% Filipino company, and a member of the JRS Holdings Group of Companies – a service conglomerate. JRS Holdings delivers security services, trucking services, and farm operations (poultry and piggery) distinctively handled by its different company members of the group.
However, in the middle of 2018, Sim’s EQI Building Care, Inc. realized that by the name of the company itself, it is self-limiting to the other service opportunities its existing clients may offer. The company finally decided to maintain Excel Quality as a carrier brand and registered Excel Quality Integrated Solutions, Inc., capturing its current clients may provide other service opportunities.
To highlight, Excel Quality Integrated Solutions, Inc. as the carrier of the company brand Excel Quality, the company obviously has the capability of providing the same quality service being carried out by its former origin or brand company Excel Quality, which for two decades has been proven and tested by clients, and the same commitment shall be implemented by Excel Quality Integrated Solutions, Inc.
