-Couriering important files

-Providing innovative ideas

-Managing records of company policies and procedures

-Creating presentations, documents, files, spreadsheets and databases

-Coordinating comapny meeting, events and sessions with other departmemnt assistant

-Preparing and maintaining various human resources records, including employee files, ensuring accuracy, compliance and confidentiality of information

-Assist the talent acquisition and recruitment processes

-Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & deelopment initiatives

-Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology or any related course

-At least 1 year experience

-Fresh graduate are welcome to apply

-Familiar with Computer hardware and software

-Ability to facilitate organization to lean culture

-Must be able to handle and maintain high level of confindentiality.
