JOB DESCRIPTION

Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies

Create and update expense reports

Process reimbursement forms
-
Prepare bank deposits
-
Enter financial transactions into internal databases and system

Check spreadsheets for accuracy.

Maintain digital and physical financial records.
JOB QUALIFICATION
-
Graduate of BS Accountancy
-
Must have strong technical accounting skills
-
With at least 2 years of experience in General Accounting, Accounts Payable and Bookkeeping
-
Proficient in MS Office especially Excel
-
Can manage multiple tasks, keen to details and dependable
-
Office location is in Congressional, Quezon City
