JOB DESCRIPTION

Regular Duties

  • Ensure accurate financial forecasting and reporting of all NECPH's Projects sales forecast, customers and suppliers' billings and payments, inventory turnovers, expense control
  • Take full responsibility for the end-to-end management and coordination definition, documentation and satisfactory completion of projects;
  • Ensure that realistic project and quality plans are prepared and maintained and provides regular and accurate reports to stakeholders as appropriate;
  • Undertake consultation with stakeholders to ensure that objectives and requirements for the successful completion of each phase of the project are fully understood and will be delivered;
  • Ensure constant communication with all project staff to identify potential problems, formulate recommendations, solutions and reports;
  • Provide effective leadership to the project team, and takes appropriate action where team performance deviates from agreed tolerances;
  • Facilitate open communication and discussion between stakeholders, using feedback to assess and promote understanding of the need for future changes in services, products and systems;
  • Use consistent processes for identifying potential risk events, quantifying and documenting the probability of occurrence and the impact on the business;
  • Coordinate the development of countermeasures and contingency plans;
  • Manage project budget allocation for assigned projects, including preparation of financial status reports for the Program Manager, Steering Committees and Executive.
  • Other duties and responsibilities assigned as may be related to your role on the company.


Occasional and/or Special Duties

  • Attends NEC sponsored events and other NEC client servicing activities.
  • Attends mandatory NEC sponsored trainings, workshops, and activities.

JOB QUALIFICATION

Job Requirements

  • Male or female, Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or other equivalent related courses
  • With at least ten (10) years work experience in Project Management (Waterfall and Agile)
  • With experience in IT Application Development and Infrastructure
  • Preferably with experience in Train Systems
  • Project management certification is an advantage - e.g. PMP, CAPM, PRINCE
