Plans, organizes and directs the activities from project.
Monitors and expedites delivery of needed (logistics, manpower and equipment).
Check manpower composition, tool and work packages for completeness, adequacy
and suitability for the work.
Enforces project policies against noncomplying personnel and work tools and serious safety violations.
Coordinates to Field Supervisor regarding site corrective measures for sloppy work and
unacceptable violations.
Evaluates and monitors budget, productivity and work progress and takes preventive and/or corrective action.
Reviews and Approves the Daily Accomplishment Report submitted by the Foreman & Leadman.
Prepares Project Completion Rating of his Foreman & Leadman.
Issues guidance and clarification of ethics and compliance policies to employees.
Complies with the proper operating procedures of safety and health standards/regulations.
Supports and Implements Environmental Management System with respect to their job.
Adheres to Policies/Procedure, Employee Code of Ethics and Conduct, and Corporate
Governance.
Protects intellectual property, company proprietary and confidential information.
Qualifications
Graduate of a Bachelor’s/College degree in Civil Engineering
At least two (2) years of work experience in the same field.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Highly organized, resourceful and dependable.
Strong attention to details.
Ability
to coordinate with multiple projects.
