The Credit and Collection Coordinator maintains close coordination with C&C Collectors with regard to account receivables of the company

Primary duties and responsibilities

• Assists the Collection Supervisor in planning daily and weekly itinerary of Collectors.
• Assists the Collection Supervisor in monitoring daily activity of the field Collectors.
• Conducts inspection and checking of customer before approval of credit line.
• Ensures timely transmittal of documents related to collection to AR Analyst for proper posting.
• Conducts collection of hard to collect accounts.
• Ensures the completeness of all documents for collection prior to transmittal to Collector.
• Assists in monitoring accounts receivables of the company.
• Ensures quarterly submission of Withholding Creditable Withheld Certificate (CWT) every 15th of the following month.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of any four (4) years business course
• With at least two (2) years experience in same position
• Must have knowledge in monitoring customer A/R
• Must have knowledge in collection strategies
• Must be computer literate
• Knowledgeable in MS Office Applications
• Must be wiling to work in onsite and on field
• Preferably with Professional Driver's License (can drive 2-4 wheels)
