Department: Sales – Office Division General Summary:
- Manages sales of the company’s products and services within a defined geographic area, province, or country. Ensures consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues through positive planning, deployment, and management of sales Identifies objectives, strategies, and action plan to improve short- and long-term sales and earnings.
CORE FUNCTIONS:
- Collaborates with General Manager in establishing and recommending the most realistic sales goals for the company.
- Manages an assigned geographic sales area or product line to maximize sales revenues and meet corporate
- Establishes and manages effective programs to compensate, coach, appraise and train sales personnel.
DETAILS OF FUNCTION:
- Performs sales activities on major accounts and negotiates sales price and discounts in consultation with General Manager
- Manages and develops sales
- Reviews the progress of sales roles throughout the
- Accurately forecasts annual, quarterly, and monthly revenue
- Develops specific plans to ensure revenue growth in all company’s
- Provides quarterly results assessments of Sales or Account Specialists'
- Coordinates proper company resources to ensure efficient and stable sales
- Formulates all sales policies, practices, and procedures in line with company
- Assists sales specialists in establishing personal contact and rapport with top-rank decision-makers.
- Collaborates with General Manager to develop sales strategies to improve market share in all product
- Interprets short- and long-term effects on sales strategies in operating
- Educates sales specialists by establishing programs/seminars in the areas of new account sales and growth, sales of emerging products and multi-product sales, profitability, improved presentation strategies, competitive strategies, proper use and level of sales support, management of expenses, and business/financial issues on
- Reviews expenses and recommends

JOB QUALIFICATION
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Architecture, Engineering (Civil), Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Commerce, or
- Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Sales - Corporate or
Must have 3 to 5 years of Sales Management experience background would ideally have been in sales of office furniture/ flooring/ special planning or a product or service sold to large corporates where you have built relationships with buyers, procurement managers
- Ability to read and interpret plans and conceptualize special layout is advantageous Ideal background/ previous experience
- Strong Management, motivation, and marketing skills within the office furniture industry
- Must have strong consultative sales skills, as well as experienced in the office furniture industry
- Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as necessary
Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks
- Problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market trend
- Proven ability to motivate and lead the sales Experience in developing marketing and sales strategies.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, plus a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
