JOB DESCRIPTION
- Assist in the creation of sales/marketing related documents or materials;
- Entertain customer inquiries;
- Assist in setting up marketing presentations for various functions as directed by supervisor;
- Assist supervisor in organizing sales presentation and preparing appropriate materials for such events;
- Provide general administrative and sales support to Sales and Marketing Team;
- Schedules appointments and meetings as necessary;
JOB QUALIFICATION
Requirements:
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Full-Time position(s) available;
- Multitasking;
- Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent;
- Applicants must be willing to work in Makati City;
- OK for field work(Business areas);
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent;
- With/Without work experience(Open for fresh Grad);
- Excellent problem-solving skills
