General:

1. Serve as the single point of contact to Printer Team for updates, scheduling and technical assistance over the phone, e-mail and remote.
2. Coordinate, update, review and performs scheduling of Printer Technicians.
3. Review and encoding of Printer Technician’s activity report and updates the Operational Level Agreement.
4. Reviews Demo request and requirements prior to submission to Team Leader and provides recommendation when necessary.
5. Recording of printer and service transactions (Move, Add, Change) of Printer Team.
6. Reviews and evaluate meter readings of Top Clients and assists the Team Leader in timely execution of Preventive Maintenance.
7. Tracking and Monitoring of parts replacement and cannibalization requests.
8. Assist the Team Leader in tracking and monitoring of service requests for printer technician and ensures timely closure of service requests.
9. Coordinate and review service requests with Helpdesk.
10. Ensure timely delivery and pull-out of printers for Demo, Loaner and Service Units.

Reporting:

1. Submit service report on a daily basis.
2. Submit weekly summary report of printer transactions (Move, Add, Change) and demo activities and other related services.
3. Informs immediate superior and/or Helpdesk of upcoming schedules or activities directly coordinated to the technician by the client.
