We are looking for a Customer Service Manager to be part of these bright visions.

To bring these visions to life, your tasks involves:

  • Supervise day-to-day operations in the customer service department.
  • Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth
  • Take ownership of customers’ issues and follow problems through to resolution in a timely manner
  • Set a clear mission and deploy strategies focused towards that mission
  • Develop service procedures, policies and standards to meet customer satisfaction goals on a steady basis
  • Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions
  • Analyze statistics and compile accurate reports and findings
  • Recruit, mentor and develop customer service agents and nurture an environment where they can excel through encouragement and empowerment
  • Keep ahead of industry’s developments and apply best practices to areas of improvement
  • Control resources and utilize assets to achieve qualitative and quantitative targets
  • Adhere to and manage the approved budget
  • Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities

JOB QUALIFICATION

How can you join the team?

  • BS degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Must have min. of 5 years proven experience in a customer service position
  • Must be have excellent knowledge of management methods and techniques
  • Must have excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Must have outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Must have awareness of industry’s latest technology trends and applications
  • Must have the ability to think strategically and analytically
  • Must have strong client-facing and communication skills
  • Must have advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
  • Must be customer service oriented
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
