What you will do:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
- Communicate with customers through various channels.
- Collecting, organizing, and analyzing data.
- Work on Generating leads.
- Follow-up calls on work invoices.

JOB QUALIFICATION
Requirements
What we are looking for:
- Must have a minimum of 6 months to 1 year BPO experience
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Must be willing to work night shifts, weekends and holidays
- Must be able to work independently with minimum supervision
