ROLE SUMMARY

The Lead Processor is crucial to the recruitment process helping to ensure that all applicants are reviewed, contacted, and provided closure.  The Lead Processor must gain a strong understanding of job descriptions and, consequently, develop a vivid idea of profiles that might be suitable. 

SCHEDULE: 6 AM – 3 PM Philippine Standard Time, follows Philippine Holidays

POSITION TYPE: Full Time

WORK ARRANGEMENT: Remote

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

·       Review and understand job descriptions and determine suitable profiles

·       Detect and raise concerns on job descriptions and provide recommendations

·       Calibrate with Recruiters and Account POCs to ensure understanding of job descriptions is aligned

·       Screen applicant CVs

·       Assist in sending out bulk notifications

·       Send feedback to applicants who do not meet the qualifications

·       Reprofile applicants to other suitable job orders in the applicant tracking system

·       Endorse qualified applicants to Recruiters and provide notes

·       Provide insights relevant to sourcing

·       Assist in cleaning up databases in the applicant tracking system

·       Submit productivity reports

·       Perform other tasks as required

QUALIFICATIONS

·       A Bachelor’s degree in the related field

·       2 - 3 years of experience in recruitment

·       Strong comprehension of job descriptions and ability to visualize a day in life based on information provided

·       Must be goal-oriented

·       Proficient in the use of applicant tracking systems

·       Experience in a multi-client environment

·       Strong computer aptitude, which includes expertise with Microsoft 365 applications

·       Strong organization, oral and written communication skills

·       Ability to function in an autonomous environment—independent worker, self-directed
