ROLE SUMMARY
Our HRBP will be a pillar in implementing our company’s culture, a champion and partner to our VIPs, and a key member of the HR team and Corporate Services as a whole. This role will drive and ensure that DOXA’s HR practice remains fair and equitable to our VIPs and the company.
SCHEDULE: 6 AM – 3 PM Philippine Local Time, follows Philippine Holidays

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
· Partner with Corporate Services and management to maintain engaged and high-performing teams anchored in the company's culture and values
· Partner with Corporate Services and Service Delivery leads to develop and implement effective role-related policies and practices that will support the strategic growth of the company, in collaboration with the HR team
· Offer thought leadership regarding organizational and people-related strategy and execution
· Educate, coach, and partner with Service Delivery leads on performance management and employee development goals
· Provide HR expertise in the areas of feedback, employee relations, development and coaching, compensation, and organizational development
· Collaborate with the Corporate Services to champion and accelerate a culture of excellence in which people feel engaged and inspired to deliver top business results
· Partner with management and leadership on implementing core HR processes across products (performance calibration, compensation cycle, promotions)
· Own, analyze, and interpret various types of employee reports (e.g., compensation, job levels, and attrition) to guide decision-making and provide proactive solutions for the whole company
· Partner with Learning & Development to work on value-added programs in areas of training, development, career mobility, and job performance
· Educate team members on compensation practices, including compensation, performance feedback, performance calibration, and career transitions
· Identify trend build-up for VIP needs and behavior and offer solutions
· Partner with Service Delivery leads and the HR team in handling employee relations cases
QUALIFICATIONS
· University degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field
· 5-10 years of professional work experience in an organization with a global presence
· Experience with organizational change management practices
· Experience in a start-up and build-to-scale environment
· Experience in the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry is a plus
· Demonstrate a strong understanding and experience working with multiple HR disciplines, such as employee relations, payroll practices, organizational diagnosis, performance management, labor laws, etc.
· Excellent strong verbal and written communication skills
· Agile and flexible mindset
· Analytical, problem solver with a strong customer focus
· Has the ability to handle multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced and evolving environment
