JOB DESCRIPTION
Summary of duties and responsibilities
- Responsible in accurate monitoring and recording of account deductions
- Customer Calls/ Follow –Up
- Sales Reconciliation
- Validation of deduction
- Deduction of monitoring
- Respond to customer inquiries
- Documenting weekly posting activities
- Ensure that policies and process of recording entries are strictly followed
- Address any issues related to deductions and escalate email to get result
- Filling, safekeeping and transmittal of DM’s/ files
- Other accounting tasks that might be assigned from time to time
JOB QUALIFICATION
Requirements
- Manages time effectively
- Computer literate/ Good in MS Excel
- Keen to details/ organized
- With accounting background
- Works well with a team
- With good communication skills
- Experience as accounting staff/ credit collection
