JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Summary :

The Service Officer is in-charge of handling all Warranty concerns of Zenith Group products and customers aligned with the provisions of ZGC’s Warranty Policy. He shall oversee the warranty team to ensure fast, accurate and effective handling of claims and balanced execution of actions to ensure customer satisfaction and product quality guaranty.

He is also tasked to provide general assistance and support to the Service team for service transactions needed for (outgoing) customer orders (ex. Panel assembly, assembly, etc…)

JOB QUALIFICATION

Job Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Electric/Mechanical Engineer is an advantage but not required.
  • With previous work experience in warranty administration within a similar industry (electrical, lighting and ventilation distribution would be ideal)
  • Excellent communications skills (written & verbal) to communicate information in clear, logical manner and provide meaningful advice or good recommendation to sales group, customers and other working group.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical applications such as electrical diagrams and schematics.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Ability to work on complex projects with general direction and minimal guidance.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
