JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Descriptions:
Assist in the following project of restaurant systems, including but not limited to:
- Improving current workstation and shelf designs.
- Assist in creating the next generation kitchen design, exploring new equipment and new customized workstations and kitchen tools.
- Assist in creating a back-up control guide for Army Navy products assembly.
- Assist in the creation of Army Navy Equipment, Workstation and Utensils database.
- Help in gathering data and analyzing kitchen related cost reduction, such as LPG and electricity cost reduction projects.
- Assist in exploring new equipment or utensils to support the changing needs of existing stores.
- Provide cross-functional support, mainly for operations, QA, R&D and engineer for other initiatives related to restaurant systems, including:
- New product systems development.
- Store check and investigation of customer complaint and other store concerns.
JOB QUALIFICATION
Quaifications:
- BS Industrial Engineer, Chemical Engineer or Mechanical Engineer graduate.
- With experience with operations of other restaurant, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
