JOB DESCRIPTION
- In-charge of the Daily Time Record of the Branch. Making sure that all personnel and fieldmen who reported daily must have a daily time in-time out.
- In-charge of the Petty Cash Fund (PCF) requisition and disbursement. Encode in the system the Petty Cash Fund expenses for liquidation in the head office. Must see to it that the Branch must always maintain a Petty Cash Fund.
- Coordinate with the Accounting Department on the monthly fix expenses of the Branch such as, electricity, water, internet, office rentals and other related expenses.
- Ensure functionality of necessary office equipment, and requisitioning new equipment and supplies as needed.
- Monitoring and making reports of daily operations.
- Act as the Mini-HR of the Branch in implementing the Code of Discipline of the Company. Ensure that uniforms and I.D’s are properly wear by fieldmen and the Good Grooming.
- Prepare monthly Billing in coordination with the Branch Head.
- Ensure the cleanliness and orderliness in the Branch.
- Perform other tasks as ordered by Management from time to time.
- Report directly to the Branch Head.
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management or any related studies.
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to strategize and plan ahead
- Proficiency with microsoft office
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
