JOB DESCRIPTION
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support duties related to accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
- Check preparation
- Bookkeeping from recording of Receipt up to preparations of Financial Statements
- Assistance on BIR/ Taxes preparation and payments
- Payroll processing
- Process payments and documents such as invoices
- Assist with preparation of financial and statistical statements and reports
- Analyze financial information in order to identify discrepancies
- Maintain confidentiality of all financial data
- Interpret and apply accounting policies, rules, and regulations to all work to ensure compliance with applicable standards
- Compile all complete and paid documents
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Graduate of 4 years course .
- Data entry skills.
- Knowledgeable in MS Excel and Word is a must.
- Knowledge in Basic accounting.
