JOB DESCRIPTION

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Timekeeping and Payroll process
  • Administering Compensation and benefits
  • With strong exposure in handling SSS, Pagibig, Philhealth, and BIR related matters;
  • Assist preparation of SSS sickness, maternity benefits;
  • assist and responsible with government loans (SSS & Pagibig)
  • Good working knowledge of the Labor Code of the Philippines, DOLE, regulations and related government guidelines.
  • Assisting in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
  • Orient new employees by providing orientation information; Company Profile; Organizational Chart; Reviewing company policies Company code of conduct; explaining benefits may acquire once regularize.
  • Determine type of disciplinary action that will be imposed on certain offenses based on Company Code of Conduct
  • Draft memos or notices of offense based on violations of Company’s Code of Conduct
  • Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as daily time records, leaves, and compensation, and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Maintain Employees files and records in electronic and paper form (201 files)
  • Deep understanding of Labor Law and employment equity regulations.
  • Efficient HR administration and people management skills
  • Perform and assume other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.

WORK SCHEDULE:

  • Mondays to Fridays 7:00am to 4:00pm

JOB QUALIFICATION

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology or any related field;
  • With good communication skills (written and oral);
  • With good inter-personal skills;
  • Good in coaching, advising, and counseling different level of employees;
  • Proactive and a team player;
  • with HR Reporting skills;
  • Knowledgeable in different HR areas such as: Recruitment/Staffing, Compensation and Benefits, Training, Organizational Development and Employee and Labor Relation and HR best practices
  • At least 1-2 years of experience as an HR
  • Amenable to be assigned in Espana Manila (near UST)
