JOB DESCRIPTION

* Primary responsible for supporting sales, ensuring order satisfaction, coordinating with other departments, motivating staff, handling administrative duties, and promoting customer satisfaction.

* Communicate regularly with sales representatives to carry useful information in achieving set objectives.

* Provide salespersons with tools, scripts, and other relevant content guides for their interaction with a prospective client.

* Providing excellent customer service and maintaining relationships with clients.

* Responding to complaints from customers and giving after-sales support when requested.

* Prepare and file forms and other documents.

* Perform administrative and clerical tasks.

* Perform documentation of client profile information from the master reference system and all associated client contacts.

* Making the company's products and services as attractive as possible to potential customers.

* Handling urgent calls, emails, and messages when sales representatives are unavailable, answering customer queries, informing them of delays, arranging delivery dates, and scheduling of marketing events.

* Handling orders by phone, email, or mail and checking the orders have the correct prices, discounts, and product numbers.

* Input of orders, ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements, and ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered on time.

* Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently.

* Develop and maintain filing systems so as to maintain sales records, prepare reports, and provide financial information to the Finance Department.

 

JOB QUALIFICATION

* Bachelor's Degree in Sales or Marketing or any Business Courses, preferred.

* At least 6 months of work experience in Sales Operations.

* Well-developed sales and communication skills.

* Strong interpersonal skills, critical-thinking skills, and time-management skills.

* Excellent oral and written communication skills in both technical and business terms.

* Comfortability working in a collaborative environment.

* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

* Ability to make decisions and evaluations to determine the needs of the customers.

* Treats all employees and customers with dignity, respect, and courtesy.
