ASSISTANT PRINTING MACHINE OPERATOR

JOB DESCRIPTION

* Assist the Sr. Printing Machine Operator in the printing machinery and equipment

* Assist in the installation of equipment and help in it's maintenance by performing periodic tests and repairs.

* Establish printing quality by monitoring the print process, adjusting ink distribution, level of speed, drying parameters rewinding parameters, etc.

* Ensure cleanliness of the ink station, rollers, ink fountains, overall machine and working area.

* Organized and systematized safekeeping of inks, rollers, plate molds, inventory materials, and files in the department.

* Make necessary reports and records of production, packing list, inventory, etc.

* Maintains cleanliness and pest control of work area.

* Familiar with SOP guidelines of the department.

* Compliance to procedures, guidelines policies and performing other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

* Assist in the maintenance of the machine and other equipments in the department.

 

 

 

JOB QUALIFICATION

* At least College Level of any course.

* Technically inclined and able to properly utilize tools and machinery.

* With experience and exposure to Printing press and printing foils.

* Exhibit good knowledge of Quality Management Systems.

* Good knowledge of color combinations.

* Mechanical and basic electrical skills, highly preferred.

* Reliable, smart, agile and can work under pressure.

* Self-motivated and team player.
