JOB DESCRIPTION

THE ROLE

The Recruitment Coordinator works with Human Resources and other team members to fill open

positions both onsite and off-site. This position is the first impression to candidates applying for open

positions. Professional and efficient communication is key for this role and requires time

management as well as the ability to meet weekly measurables.

JOB QUALIFICATION

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

> Review and understand job descriptions

> Review resumes

> Perform phone screens

> Coordinate next interview with hiring managers

> Answer voicemails within 24 hours

> Start drug screening per the direction of HR

> Manage data entry

> Communicate with hiring managers per the direction of HR

> Track candidates and open positions

> Update online advertising per the direction of HR

 

QUALIFICATIONS

> A Bachelor’s degree in the related field

> Proven work experience as a Sourcing/Recruitment Specialist or similar role

> Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other Human Resources

Management software

> Familiarity with social networks, professional sites, and resume databases

> Excellent verbal and written communication skills particularly business email writing

> Good time-management skills with the ability to handle various open positions

simultaneously

> Experience in a multi-client environment

> Strong computer aptitude, which includes expertise with Microsoft 365 applications

> Strong organization, oral and written communication skills

> Analytical skills with particular attention to detail

> Aptitude in data management, analytics, reporting preparation

> Ability to function in an autonomous environment—independent worker, self-directed
