JOB DESCRIPTION

ROLE SUMMARY

The role of the Sourcing Specialist is to assist in identifying and conducting pre-screens of qualified candidates’ numerous sourcing methods, tracking candidates’ progress along with maintaining detailed notes in the respective ATS. To be successful you should combine knowledge of sourcing methods with excellent verbal communication and organizational skills.

JOB QUALIFICATION

 

SCHEDULE: 8 AM – 5 PM or 9 AM – 6 PM Central Standard Time, follows Philippine Holidays

POSITION TYPE: Full Time

WORK ARRANGEMENT: Remote

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

·       Use multiple platforms (Indeed, LinkedIn, and Monster) to source potential candidates

·       Review resumes and set up calls with relevant candidates

·       Follow up with candidates on submitting the required information

·       Vet candidates via a phone interview process

·       Be a subject matter expert in varying construction fields

·       Collaborate with hiring managers for current needs and requirements required for positions

·       Assist recruitment consultants with resume formatting

·       Log candidate information in Applicant Tracking System

QUALIFICATIONS

·       A Bachelor’s degree in the related field

·       Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

·       Ability to multitask

·       Familiarity with professional networks and job boards

·       Excellent time management skills

·       Detail-oriented and critical thinking skills

·       Experience in a multi-client environment

·       Strong computer aptitude, which includes expertise with Microsoft 365 applications

·       Aptitude in data management, analytics, reporting preparation

·       Ability to function in an autonomous environment—independent worker, self-directed
