Main Accountabilities

• Prepares and  implements  the  over-all  financial  management  plan  for  the  Bank,  taking  into account growth, profitability and risk considerations
• Implements the  optimal  utilization    of  the  bank's  resources  through  active  position  taking, portfolio management, trading and distribution activities in both peso and foreign currencies
• Structures the balance sheet across all vehicles by way of the formulation of gapping strategies, efficient fund sourcing and price setting in the Asset and Liability Committee
• Manages the bank's exposure to market risk while ensuring an acceptable return on funds
• Primarily responsible in monitoring the daily cash position of the bank, fundings, etc.
• Secures the company’s liquidity and compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g. BSP)
• Analyzes financial  data  required  to  manage  efficiently  and  effectively  information  to  help evaluate, analyze and execute decisions
• Handles placement of overnight RRPs, SDAs, Reserve Deposit placements with BSP
• Checks company  disbursements  and  ensures  that  approvals  are  in  accordance  with  policy  of scale of authority limits
• Approves payment of various tax remittances  (income  tax,  GRT,  withholding  tax)  as  per  BIR requirement
• Approves invoices via the eProc System
• Handles BSP, BIR, external and internal audit requirements and ensures that commitments are adhered to
• Manage Bank's Branch CIV Funding
• Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time
• Requestor /Endorser/ Approver /Implementor in EAS
• Manage own HR Data. Approve leave availments and other benefits
• Performs other duties that may be assigned by Immediate Supervisor

• Bachelor's degree in Finance related course
• Working experience in the banking/finance industry
• Can work in Greenhills, San Juan area
