JOB DESCRIPTION
- With basic knowledge in carpentry, electrical and plumbing
- Perform maintenance tasks like fixing broken furniture, changing the light bulb and inspecting faulty appliances or equipment.
- Performing regular checks on the safety systems like fire alarms, smoke detectors, fuse box etc.
- Inspect problem areas and ensure the necessary steps are taken to solve them
- Performs other related duties as required or as assigned.
JOB QUALIFICATION
- MALE
- At least college level
- 20-45 yrs. old
- At least 1-2 yrs prior experience as a technician, electrician, plumber or related fields
- Preferably lives nearby Makati
- Ability to follow instructions and manuals
- Strong ability to organize and multitask;
- Keen to details
- Can do field work
- Hardworking and flexible; Physically fit to work
- Can work independently
