JOB DESCRIPTION

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for planning, supervising and execution of communications and marketing plans and activities such as promotional videos.
  • Create materials needed for promotional campaigns (in print and videos), marketing materials such as brochure, pamphlet and flyers.
  • Oversee operational tasks during the entire event planning process.
  • Meet with vendors / suppliers to discuss the Company’s need for promotional requirements.
  • Proposed budget needed for a particular event / marketing campaigns. If approved, it should be monitored to ensure that budget are spent accordingly.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure that all materials are printed / created in time for the event.
  • Maintain updated lists of vendors / suppliers.
  • Updated on the latest trend in digital marketing (do research when necessary for future events).

JOB QUALIFICATION

Qualifications:      

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Advertising or any related field

  • With at least 3-4 years relevant experience

  • Solid organizational skills and detail oriented.

  • Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.

  • Creative mind with excellent written and communication skills.

  • Good time management skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe Photoshop, Marketing data base, social media and other advertising campaigns
