JOB DESCRIPTION
-Manage, Maintain, Train and Grow existing Accounts Team, but still aligning it to the company’s existing structure.
-Primary focus is on paper and plastic packaging, you will also need to handle all aspects of the company’s businesses (i.e.flexible packaging, premiums)
-Identify new opportunities in the Paper and Plastic Packaging industry to develop the business and strengthen presence and foothold, while assisting other Accounts Team in expanding its Paper and Plastic Packaging business.
-Ensure that the team meets their respective quota or target whichever is higher.
-Develop good relationship with clients; understand their needs and requirements. Must be able to balance client satisfaction with company’s profitability.
-Establish performance goals (KPI) for each team member. Evaluate their performance and provide mentorship and guidance to ensure achievement of objectives.
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Sales: 3 - 5 years experience (Required)
